After it's downloaded and extracted go ahead and run SteamCMD. This will pull up a command prompt window that looks like this. In the SteamCMD window type 'login anonymous' without the quotes.

If done properly you'll see the following. This ID changes every time the game is updated so you'll have to re look it up whenever there is an update. The next thing we do is lookup the mod that we want to get off of steam. Let's head on over to the steam website to find a mod we want. Say we want a newer mod that's only on the steam workshop. We only want to focus on the numbers here, though. This is what we'll use in SteamCmd. Pretty much just what the title said, specifically Cities: Skylines as far as installing.

I've always played Warband via Steam but it's the first time I download mods from Workshop, since the mod Warwolf has to be downloaded from Workshop. I notice when Steam is downloading the mod, it only downloads half of the complete files. The splendid Darkest Dungeon [official site] has launched a Steam Workshop, making it a snap to find and install mods. Mods already on the Workshop cover everything from to a wintry makeover and UI tweaks to new classes and ways to make DD even more challenging.
